This mantra was the inspiration for my newest YouTube video. I started reading a book about Muhammad Ali, so I partially expected to find some jewels, but I was surprised by how much inspiration I found within its first few pages.

I enjoyed creating this video because it felt good to share the inspiration and information, instead of hoarding it, as I like to way. These videos are meant for us to be able to engage in dialogue with the content at the center. The Six Core Principles had never been spelled out to me so plainly before, and now, they will remain with me forever.
