This collaborative event invited local poets, artists, and vendors to celebrate Juneteenth together within the community. The events manger at NoDa, Morathi Howie, & I began working to create an event that offered entertainment, an array of both vegan and non-vegan food trucks, and a diverse line-up creatives as vendors and open-mic poetry.
